Korean fried chicken salad bowl. Beautiful fresh salad and veg with yummy pickled cabbage and carrot. Crunchy fried chicken. So good! Totally hit the spot. Friendly service and a speedy turn around.

This is by far my favorite food truck but I go out of my way to come to its location during work hours and it's rarely ever there! Unfortunately my lunch break is not earlier in your hours so I generally get there around 1:15 or 1:20 and by that ... point you either were never there at all or you've left early. I was so excited to try this at the Riley Park Farmer's Market on Saturday. We had to take it home to eat it and it was still hot and the fries were still crunchy buried under the chicken. It did make it all the way home. ... It was so good! I love that they use Chicken thighs for the fried chicken! I chose Garlic mayo and sweet chile for my sauces. I LOVED the Garlic mayo so much. Waiting time is long as it's a popular place, but it's worth the wait! Really loved the deep fried chicken. Their food is very filling and has lots of veggies as well.
