Been here a couple times and not had good experiences. Was chided by an employee for using a bad card (an American Express) dispute their terminal saying it access American Express. Their coffee is underwhelming, it’s fairly sad when the nearby Starbucks would be a better option. I don’t think ... the owners really care about providing a quality product :( Read more

This place is ran by the loveliest couple. I was surprised that the reviews weren't all 5 stars, the food is always amazing and fresh with great prices to boot. Service is always amazing. I work in the building and I am blown away every time I come here. I've ... even brought my boyfriend here and he was really impressed by the food as well. That one review from "Tom Heslam" isn't relevant to the cafe. My place of work in the SAME building isn't going to let him sit around either, a building manager's business has nothing to do with the private individual businesses running in the building. Wonderful little "mom and pop" cafe run by a lovely couple. They are always quick and efficiant in taking and processing your oder and during the numerous times I've ordered from there they have never made a mistake. The food on offer is a good variety of cafe goods, from cookies ... to croissants to samosas, and they make great sandwiches from scratch. They also have a different lunch special every day and also have sushi to-go available. They also have a good variety of drinks, from pop and juice to real fruit smoothies. They also offer a good range of coffees and teas with milk substitutes, such as almond milk. If you work in the building or in the area it's a great shop to grab a quick coffee and/or a bite to eat. Their deli sandwiches are excellent, much better than what you would get from Subway across the street. And their lattes are very good too. Also the people who work here are very friendly as well. I haven't had any issue with them being rude or unhelpful to me.

Bought a vanilla almond milk latte. Turned out to be too sweet for me. I returned after a few minutes and requested to have it remade without 3 pumps of vanilla sweetener syrup. Cecilia denied my request citing I should have known the almond milk is already sweet and offered ... to pay for 50% of a replacement coffee. I then requested my money back for a latte I barely drank. That request was denied by Cecilia as well. As a result of this I have no choice but to never buy from there again. And this after spending $20 on lunch there the other day. Read more
