The staff was very friendly, checking in and out was fairly quick and easy. Location is amazing, walking to CN tower, city hall, and so much more. Shout out to Marc for the solid recommendations on restaurants and bars. I've been to several Marriot properties, but his customer service skills and help were the best I've experienced. Great recs that helped make my first trip to Canada great!

Perfectly positioned in the heart of downtown with great views. We could see the Toronto sign in the park from our room. The pool was nice and warm, despite half of it being outside during a cold spring day. Two restaurant/bars inside. Enjoyable stay

Great location, but the views are pretty bad. Check in was great. They put a lot of effort into getting me a good room without an adjoining door. The staff respected our “do not disturb”, which is important for us. They also gave great service when we requested it. The room was pretty ... old. Definitely needs a renovation. The lobby was well renovated, and the privacy booths for work were great for me. The elevators shake and make noise. Not the best experience there. The restaurant and coffee shop are EXTREMELY over priced for the lack of quality, but it’s downtown Toronto, so expected. Read more
