Great place and great food. Prices are comparatively high from other branches of villa madina. The quantity is less and seating arrangements are limited. Overall, the area is conjusted and the food stock is sometimes finished. Average customer service too

I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning after eating here. I should have known when I saw them preparing food and sweating heavily, as well as putting dirty objects (a bell) on the clean wrappers being used to keep them from flying away. Ordered the chicken shawarma and falafel plate and was extremely disappointed. I have never been served chicken so dry and flavourless in my life. Tahini sauce and humus were also terrible and the side salads were bland. Only edible item on the plate was the falafels that were made fresh ... and quite good. Read more

Awful experience. I wasn't expecting much to begin with. We ordered 10 items and out of these 10 items 2 of them were done correctly. One of our chicken and beef plates had neither chicken nor beef. Came in for a beef shawarma, just my luck they were out of beef, so I got the chicken shawarma sandwich. It was cold, the worker I guess didn't pay attention to what I wanted on the shawarma, as it had ingredients I had specifically asked him not to include. ... When I tried paying (by debit), the machine cancelled my transaction, which spawned a nasty reaction from the worker, who in a very condescending tone said "I told you not to do that! Why did you do that!", I believe in reference to how I put the card in the machine. Then he took the machine from me, pressed the OK button twice and somehow the transaction went through without the need for me to use a pin or anything.
