Delicious food! small cozy place the chef was amazing and it’s a very homey warm feeling in this restaurant

The ambience is super relaxed at this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was great. You don't always expect to find these small restaurants but it was a very pleasant experience. We ordered the Penne Pollo (pasta dish with mushroom / chicken in a creamy tomato sauce) and the ... Alfredo chicken. They were both cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. Delicious food at super reasonable prices! I work nearby and was looking for a healthy option to grab a quick lunch. Focaccia does both take-out and dine-in - there is ample seating inside the restaurant, and the ambiance is very homey and pleasant. Service is super nice and the staff ... are very friendly as well. A cozy little spot with a very cheap price for the quantity and quality of food! I had the carbonara and chose the soup of the day for my appetizer (your choice of soup or salad with a main dish for $18). The soup that day was a lentil puree ... and it was very comforting. The carbonara was very good as well and a hefty portion at that! I wish there was more bacon, but all in all, very satisfied with the food. The service was superb and our waiter was very friendly. He was constantly checking in to see how we were doing and provided his recommendations since it was our first time. Got the Spaghetti Carbonara and it's delicious. Its a cozy little restaurant just off of Yonge with a nice Hostess/waiter. I highly recommend it.
