Really good selection of sausages especially for me who needs non-pork options. Everything is reasonably priced. The customer rep with the glasses (forgot his name) that looks like Brandon Boyd (LOL) is also very sociable and knowledgeable of all the products on sale.

Found this jewel through reddit and would give 6 stars if I could. Absolute perfectly seasoned sausages with a wide variety of flavours. Tried the Spring Chicken (with onion and leeks), German Bratwurst (Pork and Beef), Chicken with Sage and the Maple Bacon Breakfast. Tried it out of a whim. Its name is well deserved. The store is INDEED the sausage KING. My god, the flavors are exquisite. Some of the best sausages I've had. Beautiful creative combinations. I've only tried a few so far, but call me impressed. The chorizo was some of ... the smokiest spiciest sausage I've had. You can taste the quality. And the Pastor was a first, and just as exquisite. I bought some sausages here because of the many positive reviews they have online. I just had the hot italian for lunch. There was a piece of HAIR INSIDE the sausage about 2 inches long. Ugh. Never again.

Amazing quality and flavour. Purchased a dozen Maple Bacon Breakfast Sausages, really good. Really, really good! Grilled them on the bbq one morning and on the pan another day. Loved them both ways.
