Me and the hubby went there yesterday he got a large oxtail .. but come on I counted 1000 bones and were s the meat lol lolwtfff and I asked them when I ordered it if it come with veggie or salad she said yes veggs .. guess they ... forgot to put that in too . Came for bbq chicken. Disappointed. Its a lot of taste but not as great as im expecting. Ive had better. Pricey for what it is. Ill probbly come back just to try jerk chicken bc id like to see if itll be good. but wont have high hopes regarding service ... because The staff here is very rude. As a customer , theyre not friendly . Also i come here sometimes as ubereatsdriver wait times are long. I came also onetime, staff fought w customer and customer was not being rude, they messed up his order and theyre the one who is upset. Where do I start? Sweet tasting oxtail (disgusting) 15+ min wait time because they decided to have the one cashier pretty much do 5 jobs all at once. No customer service… everyone that works there looks pissed and unpleasant…place visibly looks run down now. Food quality has severely gone down. ... It could be early afternoon and they’ll run out of food. Been coming here for 2 yrs and thankfully have found a new place cause this restaurant isn't it anymore. Ordered large oxtail and goat and large beef soup. Service and time to receive food was ok Soup was very good with good mix of food, meat and broth. Found oxtail a bit sweet and goat was salty, thick and lots of bones- it felt like the bottom of the pot. ... Wouldnt purchase goat again if like this. Oxtail tasted nicer. Not the best experience, I used to eat from this restaurant a lot and I won’t ever again. Stew chicken was dry and jerk chicken had some liquid smoke flavour on it, the rice and coleslaw was the highlight. To make it worse, I found a clipped nail in my ... rice!!
