If you’re used to the asian bakeries in Markham, Richmondhill or North York I would not recommend this bakery. Only go here if you’re desperate for a quick lunch. Furama is a great place for cheap eats in the PATH. Here you'll find Chinese buns and pastries, as well as some hot food for lunch. Although the prices are a little higher than you'd find at Chinese bakeries (including their other location) in Chinatown, this is still a great ... alternative to the places in the PATH. Buns are under $2, but if you buy 5, the 6th one is free and they'll remove the tax. Note that this place is cash only. Read more
Buns may seem inexpensive until you realize any other Chinese bakery makes them twice as big at half the price per bun. Non-existent customer service, probably closer to out-right rudeness. Cash only. Take yours and support a different vendor, lots of variety around.
They do some lunch options, not just bakery. Which for myself living out in durham region and be limited on option of Chinese food (particularly Hong Kong cafe style) it's nice to be able to grab spare rib rice lunch for $6.77! They also have some dim sum classics
