Ordered for the first time, really enjoyed their Gen Tao chicken and ginger beef. Best Chinese food with good portion. Really worth my money.

We ordered from here for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. Although it was on the higher end price-wise, the food was adequate at best... This could be in part due to how long it took for our food to arrive. We had to wait 2 hours for ... our order! By the time we got it everything was cold and soggy and anything that should have been crispy was more chewy than anything. When we called to check in around the 70 minute mark we were assured that our food had left and was on the way, but the driver may have traffic issues. As we approached 2 hours since the order we called again. He put us on hold briefly and then told that the driver was a few minutes away, and again references traffic but by this point it was 9pm and we live 10 minutes away. The driver arrived in about 10 minutes.... A quick Google confirmed that there were no traffic issues anywhere around. Looks good, tastes BAD! Inedible, gross flavours. I ordered Black Bean Beef and General Tao Chicken (which I always like from other restaurants), but this one tasted like a dirty pan, kind of burnt and old tasting. The beef was tough and not tender like other restaurants make it. The ... Chicken was bundles of oily breading and also tasted terrible/ dry inside, can't find the actual chicken from the fat/ tendons. I had to prepare another meal at home as the food looked good but tasted horrible so I could not eat it. Wasted my money only to throw it all in the trash. Not even suitable for a dog! Warm clean place with very nice attention from the crew, great food and fair price. They have new dessert items and the new desserts's chef is amazing, always care about the taste and best ingredients and at very small price. I highly recommend this place. The blueberry cheesecake it's unbelievable. So tasty!
