Second time here. Had a great food on my first visit that I decided to take my family and friends the next time. We all enjoyed the food. My kids also ate a lot and they can be very picky. NEVER EVER EAT HERE!! I used to eat here often as the food and atmosphere were good until this evening. I grabbed pho and chicken rice rolls to go. When I started to eat it at home I found baby cockroaches in my soup???!!!!! I brought it back to ... the restaurant and they acted as if it was a normal occurance and offered to refund just the soup portion of my order, because I’m clearly going to eat the rolls? NOT! They ended up refunding the whole amount but offered no apology or sympathy. Read more

I've been coming here for years but a recent experience was very disappointing and insulting. I ordered food to go as I have done often. The staff were very polite. My food order was awful. All the food seemed to be prepared by someone who didn't know what they were ... doing! If they had a staffing problem in the kitchen they should have politely declined to serve me or anyone at all. I emailed Oh Basil and called but no one ever responded to me. I will never go back and I have told all my friends of my bad experience. Shame on you Oh Basil. I really like you’re restaurant and food but you ripped me off and didn't apologize or make amends when presented with the opportunity. We always go for lunch for work parties. I really like it there, and so does the rest of my division. We all order different dishes (the satay is good, I really like the vermicelli bowl with the spring rolls and chicken, and my colleagues seem to always order curries ... too).
