Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. Tried ordering a breakfast sandwich, coffee, and timbits, (forgot to order a small milk for my son). I get to the window and ask if I can add a small milk. Get told that its policy to not change the order at ... the window, and get denied a milk to my order (never heard of this policy before in my life, and have changed my order countless times at windows with no issues). Needless to say, I left without paying or receiving anything. Not to mention that all the workers there have nasty miserable attitudes, and the food itself is extremely poor. Will not be returning to this location, instead I go to the new Starbucks across the street, employees there serve you with a smile on their face. :) Read more
Food sucked, service was good, there was a loud beeper going off every 20 or 30 seconds that drove us nuts while we were trying to eat, I don't understand how anyone could work with that noise going off all the time, all of the kids working there should of ... had some sort of hearing protection. I understand that it was part of their work and I'm sure it alerts them to something but the customers should not be subjected to it....ever. Read more
Drive through, absolutely no complaints. However, unfortunately, they seem to prioritize drive through, and serve them before walk ins. One of the slower Tim's I've frequented. Otherwise, friendly staff, fairly clean restaurant.
Very unhygienic place. Poor service. Flies everywhere (ceiling, floor, tables, food preparation area, almost everywhere and lots of it) As you can see in the picture, the lid of my cup is dirty. The wrap was very dry and and not fresh at all. Very disappointed 🤢

I would honestly give negative stars…we on on day 11 of them getting our order wrong every day… yea, I could go to another one but I live very close by…also found out the same owner owns multiple in town and they are all trash. Can you pull ahead while ... we make your order…you mean can we pull ahead so your timer doesn’t make the boss mad and we can wait ten minutes for coffee after seeing a handful of cars go through…it’s a coffee. Customers are treated like cattle these days and my favourite part of going here has been seeing all the people putting their foot down and saying no to moving forward. Gotta start somewhere…I won’t be pulling forward again. Read more
